Research and prototyping of the Bennu x15 began in 2016 and has evolved to make top coating faster, cleaner and simpler. Designed primarily for spraying topcoat, this dynamic sprayer can achieve heavy Tyrolean and splatter finishes too.
The X-15 is the first dynamic sprayer, being powered by either a battery, corded or air drill, makes this versatile machine quintessential to any rendering specialist. With a regulated air supply, a uniform and consistent texture can be obtained, eliminating the need of a plastic float during this aspect of the rendering process. Of course a float can be applied after the area is sprayed if a flatter texture is required. The Bennu technology uses the variable speed of a modern drill, to give the sprayer complete control of the spray rate. Having total control of the spray rate, makes the whole process precise and accurate, achieving a cleaner, tidier finish.
If you have a material you want to know, if it can be sprayed or more information about a finish or product, please leave us a message and we will do our best to help.

With the Bennu X-15, acrylic, silicone and mineral finishes can be sprayed from a grain size of 1mm to 3mm. The X-15 has be extensively tested with many of the top leading brands of top coat, like K-Rend, EcoRend and Fassa , with excellent results.
With the variety of nozzles the Bennu X-15 is extremely versatile in spraying a variety of different products including Tyrolean, with uniform results. With a regulated air supply you can achieve the desired texture for any job big or small.
With its simple design it can be assembled and ready to spray within minutes, giving more time for spraying and the potential for more applied meterage. When used with a regulated air supply, the texture will be even and uniform on any façade. Furthermore the cleaning out of the sprayer is also tidier and quicker than the other large spray machines on the market.
Thin coat renders and Top Coat finishes are becoming more and more popular with many home owners, architects and house builders. With its waterproof properties, low maintenance and large range of colours and grain size, it ‘s far more desirable than traditional render. With the rendering market being very competitive, the Bennu X15 is the obvious choice to stay ahead of the competition.

A: The tested minimum air compressor is an 8cfm compressor with a 50L tan. But we would recommend a 14cfm with 50L tank, so that the compressor isn't working to it max level all the time. This will make the compressor last longer as it not working so hard. Also a good air regulator is a must, to get a constant air supply to achieve a consistent spray pattern.
A: For 1mm- 2mm topcoat a 6.5mm nozzle, for 3mm topcoat and light Tyrolean use a 8.5mm nozzle and for heavy Tyrolean and thick splatter coats use a 10.5mm nozzle.
A: First thing is to check the compressor is working ok and is connected properly without any leaks. If all is ok, check the air holes in the nozzle for blockages and clean through with a small pin or nozzle brush. Also keep the material that is being sprayed, at the same consistency throughout the job, adding the same amount of water to each bucket and mixing to make them all consistent.
