Custom Stainless Steel Spiral
Our spiral is a custom made design, CNC machined from a solid piece of stainless steel. Giving it maximum strength and stopping any rust build-up. It has been designed for maximum flow rate.
Lightweight body
The main body is made from a ABS plastic which has great chemical and abrasion resistance. We then reinforce it with a carbon fibre skin which gives it additional strength while giving it a smart, sleek aesthetic.
New sprayer head design
Using SLS 3D printing we have produces a small, compact sprayer head that condenses all the same aspects of the original, whilst keeping the same nozzles for that uniform finish.

Similar to the X15, the CARBON model can be set up and ready to spray in minutes. Using the power of a modern drill and a regulated air supply, you can achieve precise, consistent finishes every time.
The smooth, variable speed of modern battery drills gives you full control over the spray rate so you can get a sharp finish on all the intricate details. On open flat walls you can unleash the power of the new spiral, achieving up to 40% more meterage than the original model.
With silicone renders and EWI becoming ever more popular, this productive sprayer should be an essential in any renderers arsenal.
All the nozzles are compatible from the original model so you can achieve any finish you require.
How it works?
The Bennu x15 Carbon is a conveyer assisted gravity hopper. Like a conventional gravity sprayer, the topcoat is added to the hopper and gravity pulls it through the bottom hole but that’s where the similarities end. Inside the body, houses a stainless-steel spiral which pushes the topcoat forwards through the nylon tubes which gives it the pressure to get a precise, uniform spray pattern. With the abrasive nature of silicone topcoats and Tyrolean's, these nylon tubes wear down similarly to a traditional rotor and stator, so keeping an eye on the condition of these tubes is essential to keep the sprayer maintained and in good working order.
The spiral is powered by a modern drill giving the applicator full control of the spray speed, with the pull of the trigger. This is essential for detailed area such as window reveals and soffit lines.
With the topcoat being propelled forwards from the conveying spiral it then passes inside the sprayer head, where it is mixed with air jets inside the nozzle from a regulated air supply, resulting in a consistent and uniform spray pattern.

Wearable Parts:
Black Nylon Pipe (BC2) - Approx. 30 - 50 Buckets of 1.5mm topcoat, factors that effect the wear rate is make of topcoat, drill speed and consistency.
Rear Seal (BC3)- Approx. after 120 - 150 buckets or if there is signs of leakage to the rear of the sprayer.
Material Tube (BC6) - Inspect this part after 100 buckets to see for signs of wear.
Use this information as a guide only, inspect these parts on a regular basis to keep the sprayer maintained, failure to do so may result in damage of the sprayer.
